Project Overview
We built Soaraat from scratch for a Kuwait client as a full diet-food delivery platform. Customers choose personalized meal plans and receive fresh daily deliveries. The solution includes native Flutter apps for iOS and Android, a Node.js backend with microservices for scale, and an admin panel for menus, plan management, and operations (client infrastructure currently offline).
Objective
Launch a reliable, localized meal-plan experience that handles plan selection, recurring orders, and daily fulfillment for health-focused customers in Kuwait.
Scope of Work
End-to-end mobile product, backend services, and admin tooling for a plan-based food business. Built from scratch by the Minds Invasion team.

The Challenge
Plan-based food apps require tight coordination between mobile UX, recurring orders, kitchen/ops workflows, and scalable services. We delivered a microservices-ready architecture so the client could run daily delivery at scale.
