Project Overview
We built the Broadway Passport kiosk from scratch as a touch-first web application for the Last Minute Center in Times Square. Customers tap to begin, complete their purchase on screen, and pay by tapping or inserting a card on the Square Terminal placed below the display.
Objective
Speed up last-minute Broadway ticket sales with a simple self-service flow that reduces queues at the counter.

The Challenge
Kiosks must work for first-time users in seconds and never get stuck mid-payment. We kept the flow minimal and handled payment states reliably between the screen and the terminal.
